ODIN Day set


Curious about infrastructure upgrades? Technology refreshes? The IntelliCenter help desk? Then ODIN Day is just the place for you.

ODIN Customer Outreach is sponsoring ODIN Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 3 in the ISF. The focus of ODIN Day is to promote your understanding of ODIN, introduce the faces behind the service and increase awareness of how ODIN is implemented at Dryden. Compaq and Apple representatives will also be on hand to show you the latest in new equipment.

ODIN managers, leads and technical specialists will be on hand to answer all of your questions on Desktop, Telecommunications and Network issues and provide information on resources such as the ODIN catalog, the Remedy ticket tracking system, the Asset Insight inventory collection software, ODIN educational activities and the role of the Advocate.

So, be sure to attend and get answers to all of your questions about the laptop loaner pool, standard software, new technology testing and general purpose vs. scientific and engineering seats. Or perhaps you're interested in telephone and fax seats, Office 2000, or local video, admin radio and public address services.
