Exchange Events- Laughlin Trip: Fri-Sun, Dec. 3-5. For those interested in doing a little gambling before the Holiday Season, try your luck in Laughlin December 3-5. Accommodations are at Harrah's Hotel/Casino and includes a buffet ticket.Price for the journey is $104 for couples and $67 for singles.Bus leaves Lancaster City Park and Ride at 1 pm on Friday, Dec. 3 and returns at around 5 pm on Sunday. - Childrens' Holiday Skating Party: Monday, Dec. 6. The Holiday cheer will soon be among us, especially for children ages infant through 11-years-old.The EAC is sponsoring the annual skating party at the Lancaster Skating Rink from 6 pm - 9 pm.There will be roller skating, Happy-Bo-Bappy, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, and prizes for all the children.Soda, hot dog and cookies will also be provided. There is a sign up sheet available in the Activities Trailer with the price of $1 for those wishing to skate and free to non-skaters.So plan on bringing the children for a night of fun and entertainment to start the holidays off right. - Rose Parade, Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000: Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20. First come, first serve because only 90 tickets are available. There will be a limit of four tickets per household. Tickets are $50, which includes both the parade and the bus. |
