Description:
The Beechcraft Beech 200 Super King Air aircraft N7NA, known as NASA 7, has been a support aircraft for many years, flying "shuttle" missions to Ames Research Center. A second Beechcraft Beech 200 Super King Air, N701NA, redesignated N801NA, transferred to Dryden on 3 Oct. 1997 and is used for research missions but substitutes for NASA 7 on shuttle missions when NASA 7 is not available.
