In today's world, high-speed internet is quickly becoming a necessity in eliminating the digital divide and enhancing the ubiquity of computing devices. One of the major issues involved with supporting high-speed internet to remote locals is the cost of running cable. One proposed solution is to use a network of laser-linked UAVs to serve as a the "last mile" off communication.
